In 2011 I co-created the Time Out blog, a new channel to showcase key socially-driven editorial content with fresh stories, new ideas, and a unique tone of voice. After the project’s initial test phase, I took on sole responsibility for the platform, growing and managing my own editorial team, a community of bloggers, a loyal readership, and implemented the global blog strategy. The blog is now one of the single largest traffic drivers for Time Out London site, with over 2.5 million page views a month from across the globe.
The popular City Life front section of Time Out Magazine has been redesigned to echo the blog in printed form. I edit that, along with writing, features, interviews, reviews and the occasional column for the magazine, which has over 1 million readers a week.
