        • Working directly with Events Manager, Head of Marketing and architect on event production (incl. venue search and design, guest list, set up and breakdown schedule) for exhibition held during Salone del Mobile 2019. Initiating communications between editors and scheduling weekly group meetings. Managing all commissions and delivery logistics. Logistical point of contact for over 80 collaborators, including international brands, designers and PR communications representatives. Initiated a re-analysis of event metrics for past eight years of the exhibition in order to publish statistics for tenth anniversary.

        • Assisted the restoration, exhibition and design departments in preparing for the world’s first major monograph exhibition on the works of Pieter Bruegel the Elder c. 1525/30-1569 (to commence 2nd Oct 2018). Co-edited the English exhibition catalogue. Corresponded with other museums and galleries worldwide to discuss curatorial loans and collaborations for future exhibitions.

        • A student-run, non-profit charity fashion show based in St Andrews • Organised the production of the show (incl. running order, guest transportation and designing venue layout) hosting 1,200 guests in a temporary structure for the first time in sixteen years, and solving the logistical challenges on the night. • Managed licences with local authorities and negotiated contracts with sub-contractors and vendors. • Liaised with Finance, PR and Front of House to fulfil the creative vision of the show and delegated roles within the committee.
