– Create, plan and execute the Women’s wear collection together with the design manager and team.
– Ensure the collection is up to date with trends and focus on sourcing right materials to meet the need of the international market.
– Implement and manage the range plan to make sure the collection is well balanced to ensure sales target and margins.
– Analyse the seasonal top performance categories and poor performers to support the execution of the merchandise plan.
– Closely follow and review competitors to ensure the brands pricing strategy is aligned.
– Secure cost transparency for the product and assure budget and margins are followed when finalizing the prices.
– Liaise and maintain the relationship with suppliers, source new ones and see that quality of final product is in focus.
– Manage and implement the production plan and make sure together with buying team that all deadlines are kept for each delivery period.
– Collect and execute seasonal result of the collection and prepare a detailed presentation to management team.

– Manage external (Sydney) PR agency ensuring PR objectives are met whilst brand values are respected.
– Manage Melbourne Press office which includes the management of Melbourne Stylist/Editors ensuring press opportunities are created whilst brand values are respected.
– Management of the Look Book shoots and other promotional material.
BUYING
– The development of buying strategy for non-Scanlan Theodore product that gives the ST brand the reputation for finding unique and interesting labels from Europe and North America
– The development of a buying strategy for non-Scanlan Theodore product that gives the ST retail boutiques highlight product to enhance the VM and compliment the ST product
– Over viewing budget, sell through and deliveries.
– Understand and seek out the latest trends in the category so that innovation within the business is relevant also on international level.
