A driven and self-motivated individual, who is passionate about empowering and working with others. Sophie is the founder of an online platform called The Kollab Network, which is dedicated to empowering and documenting the stories of creatives through workshops, events and live interviews. As well as being the founder of the Kollab Network, Sophie is a podcast co-host on the GetRealWith Podcast, which is dedicated to sharing real and honest conversations.
On her blog, Sophie shares her take on a range of social topics, as well as some of the things she has learnt on her self-development journey, in hopes that she can aid others on theirs. The platforms Sophie has featured on include BBC 1Xtra Talks, Gurls Talk, Woman to Woman, SimplestTalks, Tribe XX-Lab and Brown Girl Forum.
Sophie is also interested in social activism/advocacy, and is Director of Creative Content at Milk Honey Bees, a female-led expressive space that allows young Black girls to feel empowered and heal from their experiences. Sophie has been a part of the organisation for over a year, and has had the pleasure of working alongside Black girls in America on projects centered around Black girlhood and safekeeping

- Creative ConnectionCreative Connection was 12-week mentoring project purposed with empowering Black/Mixed Black young women, who have an interest in getting into the music and wider creative industry, through a series of introductory workshops and sessions.
