    Key Responsibilities • Lead planning and execution of high-profile, media-facing creative brand campaigns and experiential events • End-to-end production, from concept and scoping to delivery, of special creative projects for clients including Netflix, Southern Comfort, Sainsbury’s and Pokémon, which exceed client expectations • Respond to client briefs by producing creative event pitches, ensuring all experiential elements are clear and achievable by advising on production concepts and providing creative solutions • Responsible for budgeting and post event financial reconciliation, ensuring projects meet budget requirements • Hire, brief and manage agencies and define project SOW, goals and deliverables to drive efficiency • Manage production and delivery of creative assets, working with designers to ensure brand guidelines are adhered to • Hold strong relationships with London’s leading venues, suppliers and agencies to fulfil event and sponsor requirements and negotiate with them confidently to ensure briefs are on budget whilst assessing sustainability credentials • Manage and prioritise all aspects of pre-event and on-site production including venue sourcing, staff recruitment, consumer journeys, licenses, insurances, traffic management, marketing material, catering, crew bookings, security and H&S plans, Wi-Fi, Tech, graphics, set build and set dressing, performers and talent, travel and accommodation • Manage on site delivery including production of call sheets, resource allocation, overseeing live build and troubleshooting ensuring cross-functional deadlines are met

    Key Responsibilities • End-to-end planning and execution of high-profile, hybrid industry events across the UK and EMEA that fulfil the creative brief, with lead times from two weeks to six months • Independently managed budgets up to £400,000, part of team management of event budgets circa £1million • Led production and delivery of large-scale BFC tentpole events including The Fashion Awards, London Fashion Week and LONDON show ROOMS Paris, and special projects and non-tentpole events including screenings, Committee meetings, Press and Talent dinners, trunk shows, Positive Fashion Forums and Initiative Announcement receptions • Maintained annual event budgets, calendars and reports for effective long-term planning and management • Worked with Comms and PR teams to produce hybrid events and capture and share digital content • Built best practices for the Events team and created new opportunities to grow the scope of the annual event calendar Key Achievements The Fashion Awards |Annually at Royal Albert Hall | Budget £1M+ • Solely managed the guest list, table planning, ticket sales, catering requirements and table and box host liaison for 3,000 attendees, for A level talent and brands such as Amazon Fashion, TikTok and Amex • Project managed the Red Carpet production and technical production in its entirety, facilitating the first live-streamed performance at the event • Developed revenue growth strategies by monitoring ticket models, venue plans and partner deliverables to contribute to strategic commercial goals Dubai EXPO 2020, Catwalk Activation | Oct 2021 | UK Pavilion | Budget £100K+ • Acted as the key conduit for all communication between Director-Level Stakeholders of HSBC, Chalhoub Group (luxury goods retailer) and Dubai-based production and PR agencies • Project managed the catwalk activation at Dubai EXPO and a Members Club trunk show with a 1-month lead time London Fashion Week • Transformed the event into the world’s first consumer facing fashion week, enhancing the programming to elevate guest experience, including welcoming pop-up gig start-up Sofar Sounds Digital London Fashion Week 2020 • Part of the team that transformed ‘London Fashion Week’ into the 1st global digital fashion week during the COVID pandemic LONDON show ROOMS Milan (Feb 2020) -300 People • Set up showroom, furniture, signage, BFC team and designer travel and hotel bookings • Organised evening event for 300 people which brought a huge audience to the showroom • Collaborated with production agency to produce a bespoke installation in the showroom London Fashion Week Men's Pub Lock-in Gig with live music and DJ, June 2018 - 150 people Initiatives Announcement reception at the Royal Academy, May 2019 - 200 people BFC/GQ Fund Announcement and Party at Annabel's, June 2018 - 150 people
