  HOMEMost recent collection of accessories, designed and made by me in London. The conecpt for this collection was based around the word home. It saw luxury leather work and traditional technique meet athleisure trends and use high functioning features similiar to sportswear.

Working in this small business developed my all round skills as a designer. I learnt traditional craft from the design process to pattern cutting to using industrial machinery to produce professional handbags. I understood the costings and general running of this business and helped with bespoke orders, leather repairs and advising customers on how to best care for their products.

During my time at Texmodel I learnt about commercial fashion, how it is designed and manufactured in short spaces of time. I used a combination of hand drawings and photoshop to create bag designs, colour specs and work on concept development. I liaised with factories in China and learnt how to work with them effectively to produce handbags and custom made fittings.
