(i)Financial Services account manager with responsibly for two of Atos’s biggest insurance accounts with over £50M TCV and an annual revenue of £8.5M. Responsible for Identifying and responding to opportunities for providing products and services to the client, aligning to the customers’ business strategy and the financial regulators, as well as helping my customers shape their digital future in an increasingly complex and digitalised world
(ii) Build relationships with key staff up to CXO level in the clients organisation, understanding their requirements and ensuring appropriate governance is in place at all times.
(iii) Defining and delivering the quarterly client business reviews and account plans to Atos Executive Board, and producing forecast and other account reports by defined deadlines using appropriate corporate tools.
(iv)Monitor the level of customer satisfaction at regular intervals or after each significant delivery of product or service. Respond to customer queries and complaints, escalating when necessary and ensuring that corrective action is taken by Atos and by the customer organisation.
