I am proud to be the first intern for Rosie Fox London Ltd to be taken on as a paid employee. Within this role, I organised and took shots of the photos of the models, developing images for the website, and creating social media posts. I am proud of my time management skills and my ability to prioritise the demands of this role around my university work. I brought creativity to my posts and coordinate well with the director of the company regarding her vision for the business. I independently managed my invoices and advertising budget of props and resources.
I committed myself fully to this summer unpaid internship I was able to initiate many successful achievements, including the following: • Review of existing website content and production of new structure and pages. • Creating website imagery and page design https://www.rosiefox.com • Engagement with members of the public, using my own initiative with photoshoots and market research to help me develop ideas. • Organising and producing the photography of models and products for the website and social media. • Increasing the social media presence (Instagram engagement increased from 1k before I started, to 15k over the 3-month period, according to Hootsuite Analytics). I achieved this by creating posts each day, researching current hashtags and trends, and bringing a new, fresh approach to the posts by using models and locations. • Leading the creation and design of new point of sale signs and leaflets coordinating with the company director to ensure consistency with the Rosie Fox Ltd branding. • Producing written content for social media platforms and measuring performance of posts. • Identified, contacted, and built relationships with influencers and bloggers. • Created and organised contact data map, which helped the company in achieving wholesale contacts.
