My role as Content Writer at PrinterPix has allowed me to demonstrate my ability to write engaging B2C (business to consumer) content. As a B2C environment has a particularly quick turnaround, working to tight and frequently changing deadlines was something I found I excelled in. Outside of my role of handling all of the written content, I was able to help the organisation build on their brand identity with a focus on CSR (corporate social responsibility) and brand identity.
• Responsible for changing the entire written tone of the website, email marketing and editorial content.
• My daily role sees me create engaging marketing content for a highly segmented audience. This includes both acquisition and retention customers who require two very different types of content.
• I am confident writing in British English and American English. Also, I provide translations into French, Dutch, German, Italian and Spanish for any content I create.
• Confident using analytics and A/B testing to understand what particular content resonates with customers.
• Since I am the only person responsible for written content, on a daily basis I showcase the ability to work under pressure while creating high quality content.
• Since arriving I created an entire blog schedule from scratch and am responsible creating and managing the PrinterPix blog.
• I also created an in-depth style guide to help staff with all written communications.
• Cross collaboration is an essential part of the role. I regularly work closely with design, social media, marketing and the product team to ensure every campaign or content is to the highest possible standard.
• Outside of my role, I regularly assist the company in terms of proofreading and also sub editing.

Digital Content CoordinatorProcurement Leaders

Due to my experience and understanding of social media and digital content, I was promoted to Digital Content Coordinator in 2017. My role focuses on all aspects of digital written copy, from providing content for the website to writing synopses for webinars. Duties include:
• Responsible for producing all of our content campaigns. These consist of detailed case studies, interviews and in depth guides that our members will find helpful. In relation to this, the ability to conduct interviews with a number of C suite executives and produce thoughtful and engaging content is a key area of the role.
• In addition to copywriting, I also manage all of our digital media from webinars to social media, in fact I was asked personally to help increase and create a SEO strategy based on my successes with my own blog and freelance work. Both of those areas require a great deal of organisation, knowledge and interpersonal skills. For example, I manage a particular content area in front of the paywall section of the website and was able to increase views of our content by over 230% in a period of 4 months.
• I still kept certain duties from my previous role, in regards to producing high quality content and liaising with our marketing team on newsletters and other forms of customer engagement.
• Am confident and proficient in ON24 (webinar hosting platform), Salesforce, CMS, Hootsuite and Bitly.
