I have over 20 years of commercial development, customer experience and placemaking experience within the retail, hospitality and leisure industries.
I have worked with, and advised multiple start-up, independent and SME businesses at a brand level over a range of functions, including Operations, Marketing and Performance Optimisation. Additionally, i have developed strategies for, and led teams within some of London's most admired and complex commercial environments at a landlord level, including Westfield Shopping Centre & Transport for London (TfL).
My learnings have come from the "floor" up. This has allowed me a comprehensive understanding of managing the intricacies within these industries, and the ability to really challenge and enhance opportunities for commercial and social gain.
