    At PlaneSaver my role was to provide business administration support to the CEO, Chair and vice chair and 5 other board of directors. (such as diary management, arranging conferences, booking travel arrangements, meeting set up, etc) I was responsible for organising and attending monthly Board meetings and take accurately recorded minutes. I had to create and distribute Board packs for the Board and liaise with other members of the PSCU team for contribution to reports. I liaised with members who may have been referred to the CEO and provide a high level of service at all times. Ensuring that actions from meetings were documented and circulated in a timely manner. I had to act as the ‘gatekeeper’ for the CEO and ensuring that relevant matters are brought to the CEO’s attention in a timely manner. I actively supported the CEO with recruitment activity and conducted HR duties, collating and uploading documents to the brightHR system. I supported the business with general administration duties as and when required and maintained accurate records through established systems and procedures. I had to make recommendations for how policies and procedures could be improved and develop my own skills, knowledge and behaviors as well as keep up to date with regulatory standards and changes. I also provided support to other projects and activities.
