Appointed to this client-facing role, with primary focus on the lettings business. Working within a team of 4 and dealing with 300 occupied units on a day to day basis as well as new landlords, tenants and contractors.
•Assisted clients in their search for the right property, dealing with individuals face-to-face and via telephone during
what could be anxious, stressful and - hopefully - ultimately happy times for them.
•Reviewed contracts and gained knowledge of property law.
•Expected to make 150+ phone calls a week, alongside leaflet dropping and cold calling.
•Passed Countrywide’s extensive training courses, required as a regulated profession prerequisite to letting and selling properties.
