• Diary Management • Organising internal/ external meeting arrangements • Personal and private PA duties for directors • Office management and administration • Business conference and event management • Dealing with confidential reports and documents • HR Duties, implementing new starters and annual leave processes • Screening of all correspondence • Petty cash and expenses management • Compiling board meeting papers • Managing stationary orders and general office requests
• Extensive diary management • Self-starting, working both remotely and in office locations • Full logistical support to core team, set up of meetings and overseas delivery and travel • Travel booking, including flights accommodation and Visas • Support for event management, including sourcing of venues and caterers. • Frequent adhoc research tasks • Project support: be there to support tem whilst working overseas, assisting with latest ventures and assisting with client events and set up • Bookkeeper support and monthly filing of expenses and credit card reconciliation
• Process both replenishment and seasonal orders on JDE • Monitoring incoming and outgoing deliveries and liaising with couriers • Managing accounts such as ASOS, Selfridges, Harrods and many independent retails • Report building and managing / manipulating large amounts of data on Excel • Using WSSI to allocate stock and push out replenishment orders • Compiling weekly best-seller reports to be used in weekly sales meeting • Maintaining a strong level of communication across buying, merchandising and suppliers • Problem solving and initiative with delays and logistical/warehouse issues. • Working with financial and marketing calendars to reach targets • Managing social media pages (Instagram and Facebook) • Sample and studio management • Contributing to the continuous improvement of Bendons Customer Service • Visual merchandising on occasional store visits
• Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management, filing and general office administration • Arranging travel and accommodation for employees and Director • Screening phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate • Organising and maintaining diaries and making appointments with suppliers/ new accounts. • Dealing with incoming email, faxes and post, often corresponding on behalf of the manager. • Producing briefing papers, reports and presentations. • Organising and attending meetings, taking minutes on behalf of director.
