About me
I thrive under pressure and my main goal from my career, and from previous jobs, has been job satisfaction. I enjoy being able to look back on a project, however large, and be able to say that it is something I am proud to have accomplished. I am a hard working, organised individual with a passion for events. I pride myself on my organisational skills and my ability to communicate efficiently and clearly in a business both internally, and externally. My experiences to date demonstrate that I am an honest, organised, and hardworking person who is willing to learn and am a strong communicator. I like new challenges and am relaxed in all situations, thriving under pressure. I always think sensibly about how best to deal with any problems that may occur. I handle responsibility well and have the ability to lead and participate in team activities. I am confident and am capable of managing a team of people to maximise efficiency and profits within any scenario or work environment. I am also a personal license holder
Projects
  • CoppaFeel! Take Over
CoppaFeel! Take OverCoppaFeel! Take Over at Bucks Student Union sold over 300 tickets for a light hearted evening of games and student run events. The event was filled with students spending their pennies on an amazing cause. The event itself, held over 2 days comprised of a baked goods sale, a Club Night running until 3am, and a bike ride (on a spin bike!) from London to Paris. All proceedes went to the breast cancer awareness charity; CoppaFeel! The team organising the events was comprised of myself, the manager, and a team of 6 enthusiastic volunteers. The planning process was over the course of 4 months, which included planning, budgeting, marketing, and implementing the event.
