    I have a wealth of e-commerce and creative experience including both luxury and high street brands. *I developed my stakeholder management skills, carefully communicating any delays to the client and suggesting ways to improve going forward. *I am the only model booking contact at IHeart studios. I coordinate and manage regular castings for a variety of brands including Fenwick, Twisted Tailor, Pai skincare, Shelby and Sons and Villa I have excellent relationships with model agencies up and down the country. *I coordinate the stock intake with the sample team using Salesforce. This way the studio team has visibility on the items checked in to the system and can run reports to quickly troubleshoot any potential missing items or mislabeling. *I work with my clients to create briefs and communicate this to the teams on set. This can be taking their vision and recommending ways to achieve this or working with their creative team to enhance the initial ideas and bring it to life. *I manage a variety of sets from social media creatives for Primark, Dune,E Commerce model shoots for Erdem and Charles Tyrwhitt, Model creatives for Debenhams, pinned flats for Frescobol Carioca.

    I worked with Sugar + Style in its infancy and was invited back to grow the brands online presence. This role was an amazing opportunity to work with an emerging brand and take ownership of the buying and E-commerce side of the business. When I re-joined the company, they concentrated on two stores and I was tasked with rejuvenating the website. I started by driving traffic to www.sugarandstyle.co.uk and coordinating photoshoots, bought exciting new products and created engaging copy. Within six months we opened a new store in Surrey and sell on many sister sites including SilkFred, Asos marketplace and European site, SHWRM. My tasks and accomplishments included, but were not limited to: *All buying responsibilities - I bought SS17 and AW17 collections for three stores as well our own website and sister sites. The director and I analysed the sales and amended the buy plan accordingly. *Pricing, budget and profit management - I negotiated prices to maximise profits and ensure our prices remained on brand and affordable. *When I returned to S+S they had been removed from Asos Marketplace for poor service, I established them as a 100% feedback seller and 80% of all online sales come from Asos Marketplace and SilkFred, which were my initiatives. *Styling and directing photo shoots – S+S is located in an office/studio area which allowed us to prep and shoot every three weeks to keep our website and social media content fresh. *Copy writing for the website and email marketing campaigns. I focused on producing SEO heavy copy to drive traffic to our site. This worked especially well on SilkFred and I was able to work around their sell more/see more algorithm. *Producing bi-weekly newsletters using mailchimp to roll out the email marketing campaigns. I created engaging copy and imagery to drive traffic to the website.
