Leveraging my developed, positive relationships with many clients, my main role is to work across the business to generate growth, leads and new opportunities through regularly identifying and sourcing new and established beauty brands for the beauty box subscription service, as well as working with external media partners such as Grazia, HELLO! Magazine and Holland & Barrett for their curated collection boxes. To foster continuous client engagement and encourage repeat business, I work closely with the marketing team and my sales team on a daily basis to accumulate and evaluate data to develop comprehensive reports for brands using Google Analytics, Ometria, Salesforce and Magento. I also regularly represented the company at events and regional trade shows to pitch to new brands and liaise with existing clients. Notable achievements: - Consistently increasing the average number of new subscribers and orders placed per day upon the launch of brands sourced independently. - Solely implementing a 'Tier system' to incentivise brand participation successfully and effectively, increasing engagement from a plethora of high-tier brands with the business. - Securing partnerships with brands not featured in beauty boxes previously, including Kate Somerville, Ole Henriksen and Florence by Mills. - Securing brands such as MAC Cosmetics to sample 7,500 units of their lipstick in the 2020 Advent Calendar. Working closely with so many brands, this job has taught me the importance of brand loyalty, client values and building and maintaining client relationships based on trust and understanding of product vision.
