I played an integral role in producing the Opening and Closing Ceremonies of the Birmingham 2022 Commonwealth Games Opening and Closing Ceremonies, working in close collaboration with the Creative Directors. My responsibilities included creating and managing essential documents like project plans, creative concepts, and rehearsal schedules. I oversaw the entire production department, managing aspects such as costume, props, casting, professional dancers, stage management, and creatives. Notably, I personally auditioned and casted over 100 individuals for the show.
