I worked with the team to understand the logistics of the fashion cupboard including the preparation behind both still life and celebrity photoshoots. I organised incoming and outgoing samples, prepared the team and press diaries, input product information for flat lay photoshoots and liaised with the post rooms to ensure samples were correctly handled.

At Sunday Times Style, I worked with the fashion assistants and fashion editor, maintaining the fashion room and liaising with PR agencies. I prepared for and assisted at shoots, being asked back to join Flossie Saunders on the recent Cheryl Cole cover story and Jane McFarland's Wardrobe Mistress. It was essential that the fashion cupboard was organised for the magazine's busy schedule to ensure a smooth turnover between shoots.

Erasmus semester in Gothenburg, Sweden studying design.
I like to push boundaries and challenge myself which was my motivation for moving to Sweden for a year. The opportunity to study art and design from another perspective introduced me a step by step development process with critical analysis of my work and an integral research component. I effectively used these skills to produce an animation and review a theoretical text as part of the course deliverable.

Three year Illustration degree with an additional Erasmus year in Sweden taking this to a four year duration.
An exploration into visual language which culminated in an exhibition of my creative practice.
The course has provided the skills and confidence to become an autonomous learner, with project management, show curation and problem solving being integral aspects of my degree.
During this time my practice has developed from traditional fine art to digital film and installation, with a reflective blog commenting on my journey.
