Predominately office based, I am the main marketing contact for the St Albans branch. My day to day tasks include producing high quality brochures for clients, proof reading the copy and editing where necessary. I also deal with all incoming marketing requests from head office and respond to these, along with any urgent PR opportunities, in a highly efficient manner. I have subsequently built up a strong relationship with the marketing department in our head office and the St Albans branch is recognised as being one of the top performing offices in relation to responding rapidly to marketing requests. It is also my job to put together the advertisement for our local paper, selecting properties on a weekly basis and editing the advert accordingly. I also work with “Address Intelligence” to distribute marketing material such as Sold in Your Street to target new business. When needed, I also do viewings on properties and this ensures I maintain a strong relationship with applicants and clients.
