Hi, We are Spartans Warrior Zone. We are located in 1/257 Colchester Rd, Kilsyth South VIC 3137, Australia. Spartans Warrior Zone, Gym Kilsyth is a purpose built functional training arena.Offering - Boot Camp, Reformer Pilates, & Altitude Training + an exercise center open 24 hours. Spartans Gym covers a MASSIVE 38,000 square feet and includes many different areas dedicated to all types of fitness, weight loss and weight training.15,000 sqft of fully equipped training space suitable for a large range of different training styles. Cardio machines, old school body building equipment and brand new specifically built bio-mechanically precise machines, competition grade power lifting benches, racks, platforms and functional training space equipped with all that is required for a functional session, rehabilitation work or just general warms ups. The main gym also features a large projector, over 10 fans, cooling and the Spartans ‘fitness for everyone’ vibe. Everyone knows that exercise is good for you. But at Spartans Warrior Zone, we make it fun — and we’ll help you find a fitness routine that works for your lifestyle and personal goals. Whether you want to work your core in one of our classes, improve your flexibility, gain muscle, increase your fitness or lose weight, we’ve got what you need to get in shape and feel great. We were founded to be a place where anyone can come and get a great workout. We want you to leave feeling better than ever. Showing up can be the hardest part. Let us take care of the rest.
