Stefan Bertschi, born and bred in Switzerland. After starting an academic career, resulting in a PhD in Sociology, Stefan elected to help organisations through people, rather than just helping people grow. He moved into consulting in 2003.
At the height of the recession in 2008, Stefan moved to the UK, following the British love of his live. The first few years he worked for Ford of Europe’s Marketing division as a business analyst, operational account manager, then project manager.
Stefan joined his current consulting firm MI-GSO | PCUBED in 2014, working at all levels of Project, Program and Portfolio Management and across all verticals. Outside of being drawn into mostly challenging client engagements in low maturity organisations, requiring strategic guidance, he is engaged mostly in the Organisational Change Management community of practice.
Also a TOGAF-certified Enterprise Architect and Leadership Coach, Stefan has been helping public and private organisation succeed in their Digital Transformations for 25 years.
