Lettings Negotiator
• Communication: Providing Landlords with feedback from viewings as well as weekly feedback on the current market.
• Business Generation: Following up previously valued properties that have not come onto the market to see if they would like an up to date valuation.
• Negotiation: Negotiating offers between landlords and tenants.
• General administration: Assisting the Lettings Manager with current market rentals, taking on new properties, ensuring all references are back for new lets and proof reading agreement documents before sending them out to potential tenants and landlords.

Click to edit position descriptionWorked in lettings department, developing client relationships which resulted in a 10% increase in lettings. Registering new applicants, arranging and carrying out viewings as well as processing any application forms and referencing the applicants before they move in to our properties. I also deal with a high number of e-mails from both new and old tenants and landlords. I also communicate with clients from around the world who will be re-locating to the area in order to assist them with finding the right property for them. Recently won Negotiator of the month for September.
