• Communication: Providing Landlords with feedback from viewings as well as weekly feedback on the current market. • Business Generation: Following up previously valued properties that have not come onto the market to see if they would like an up to date valuation. • Negotiation: Negotiating offers between landlords and tenants. • General administration: Assisting the Lettings Manager with current market rentals, taking on new properties, ensuring all references are back for new lets and proof reading agreement documents before sending them out to potential tenants and landlords.
