About me
I'm an experience designer for services and products that want to achieve social change and improve people's life. I also teach, run workshops, and give talks about human-centred design, creativity, visual storytelling, and freelance work. I love to co-create with users, other designers, and people across the business – different points of view are key to effective design and creative process. I’m happy when what I make is accessible, memorable and meaningful. Flexible styles and my eclectic skill-set bring me to adopt the best approach to project requirements, user and business needs. Making sure the right design solution is achieved and improved through iterations and learning. My illustrations, data visualisations, brand identities, UX/UI wireframes and prototypes facilitate user-centered design approach in workshops, hackathons, lean and agile projects. Before working with startups like EasyPeasy, ForestCar, and Safe & The City, I have the pleasure to work with big companies like Lloyds bank, Atkins, MacMillan, Maggie’s centre, Pfizer, Royal Society of Arts, National Grid and Department for Transport. I’m one of the organisers for Creative Mornings London, making sure that the London community gets the best experience and learnings about creativity, design, and life. I’m an actor and improviser. I like being in other people’s shoes and enjoying failure to create something unexpected

The whole team was part (or aware) of all the phases of the Design Thinking process, feeding in with insights, ideas, and feedback. This approach allowed me to look at the big picture of t

  • Atkins - Product led transformation
Atkins - Product led transformationAs part of a project to transform them into a more digital company, I have worked with Atkins on several experimental propositions. These include a project exploring mobility as a service where a new brand was designed and the concept of a monthly membership service for Cambridge commuters was tested. I was also the experience design lead on a proposition that delivers fast, accurate and digital damage assessment for airlines, this idea is now in incubation with major airlines as partners.
