On a daily basis I identify operational inefficiencies in business processes and collaborate with numerous stakeholders, from traders to exchanges, to ensure that accurate trading information is represented within trading systems. I am responsible for change management but also confirm, reconcile and invoice the deals.
Main achievements:
• As a change manager, reconciled an outstanding multi-million account by improving business processes.
• Manage 95% of all energy transportation contracts in addition to my daily duties.
• Ensure that all invoices are processed in advance and there are no delays and penalties.
• Helped to deploy new clearing and confirmations software for trades reconciliation.

Centre for Bio-economy and Eco-innovations (CBE) is an interdisciplinary think-tank for expertise and consultancy in development and implementation of sustainable and innovative products and services. Its activities are supported by active research in fields of bio-economy, biotechnology and sustainability.
Main achievements:
• Supervised 30 students from different Faculties of the Lomonosov Moscow State University as a part of interdisciplinary report preparation process.
• Prepared several articles for the leading Russian journals.
• Participated in a joint report preparation with WWF Russia on associated petroleum gas flaring.
• Helped in planning and organising events such as Summer School on Green Universities, and lectures of visiting experts.
