I am an Efficient, adaptable and highly organised individual with customer service and office experience. I have good communication and interpersonal skills, computer literate and able to use electronic portals, organise documentation and can prioritise work load duties.
I also have creative skills and a good knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite. I have had the opportunity to utilise my skills in work placements with publications to more recently in the construction sector. My duties involve document control of the Residential and Retail projects on site for Phase 2 at Battersea Power Station development, to assist the HSQE manager of the Health & Safety department, Update O&M/ RAMS and to keep file of PPE for the site team, including ordering PPE stock and stationary for the Business. I also Liaise with site project team with regards to H&S/ O&M requirements and other documentation, update Training matrix and all Manufactures Literature & Safety Data sheets electronically.
I book inductions, deliveries, meeting rooms and take the minutes of contractors Major Project Meeting, upload information on to Conject, Optimise and various other Portals and Print off weekly Tool Box Talks.
