About me
An impassioned e-commerce and digital marketing professional with fourteen years of experience working within the luxury market. In-depth understanding of B2B and B2C trade has underpinned specialist skillsets in e-commerce platforms, analytics, SEO, social media and email marketing, online product lifecycle management and content creation. Having initially begun employment with the high-end Japanese womenswear label, Yaccomaricard, as Wholesale Assistant, it was my possession of a background in Graphic Design and previously acquired e-commerce experience gained working for a luxury footwear retailer that allowed us to identify the potential for new growth within the company. Throughout, what was to be almost ten years, I carved myself a stream that led to the position of Digital and Marketing Manager, wherein one of my major achievements was creating an online identity for the UK division and spearheading entry into the e-commerce market by conceiving, creating, launching and maintaining their site, social media channels and email marketing. Leading the online presence consequently sparked a desire to explore the customer mindset and tap into what is desired from the online experience; I discovered that this was a sphere that was to grip and motivate me. Adept at utilising tools such as Google Analytics and Optimize, Inspectlet, Google Ads, Ahrefs, and Mailchimp, I thrive on using data to drive results. When much of the world became digital during the pandemic, it became ever clearer to me that the journey we take with a company online needs to be balanced with the human component and embody the heart of a bricks and mortar store. This is an approach I adhere to professionally – an amalgamation of the creative and analytical.
