    Joining the company as Digital Marketing Manager to manage the design and implementation of a new website & members app. In addition, I was hired to align and transform the digital, branding and traditional marketing strategy, channels and outputs alongside the Marketing VP. Key achievements: - Created procedures for new membership enquiries to benefit the Membership team including implementing a new lead gen tool - Redesigned the website and reduced the bounce rate from 70% to 1% alongside other key metrics including average session duration, users, sessions per user and pageviews - Implementing a new data visualisation tool - Co-manage the SafeTravels Stamp key global initiative - Grew YouTube video views from 10k in 2019 to 55.5k in 2020. So far in 2021, video views are 35k - Created new sponsorship packages focused on benefiting the partners and maximising the offering An overview of my responsibilities include: - Manage all B2B, B2G & Associations marketing activities - Website, Newsletters & App Management - Strategy, Content & Campaign planning and implementation - Manage the Global Summit Registration & Virtual Platform - Work alongside the VP Marketing to manage the Marketing plans and project manage the Marketing Plans and Outputs for all Events - Create and manage cohesive branding and documentation alongside with the rest of the Marketing Team - Manage new report/initiative launches - Manage and analyse the analytics across all of the marketing outputs and channels - Managed Social Media for 7 months before a social media manager was hired - Co-manage the Data Visualisation Tool - Manage Marketing Tools and Suppliers - GDPR Compliance Officer During the Summer of 2020, I took on a lot of responsibilities whilst the team, except VP Marketing, was on furlough including all of the design work for the company.
