Netflix
- Led and managed the marketing launch of Netflix’s Will Smith-led original movie “Bright”, as the first movie franchise in the history of streaming-only films. The campaign had two phases, pre and post-release which involved creating multiple Cinema, TV and VOD spots, alongside OOH, Digital and Social executions. This campaign was international, demanding adaptable assets for various global markets.
British Gas
- Managed British Gas’ through-the-line campaigns, including strategy, creative development and production. Driving long term brand metrics, including recognition, recall, ad appeal, motivation and successfully hitting forecasted conversion and sales.
- Worked directly with production and strategy partners and managing key internal stakeholders, creating integrated content across all channels, managing a budget of £600,000.
- Led post campaign analysis alongside our media agency; evaluating the reach, cut through and sales successes of the campaign.
- Conducted bi-annual social audits and competitor reviews for the business, along with regional marketing and cultural calendars which acted as a strategic tool for planning proactive and reactive activity.
- Organically grew client business, proactively pitched and won a digital project: using a purpose-built Facebook Messenger BOT to drive customers to sign up to a Rewards programme. Results: 89% click-through rate with a 22% conversion; surpassed the previous
- Experienced in coaching and nurturing Account Managers, overseeing their projects. Teaching best practice in creative development, production, finance and client servicing.
Sunbird (African co-working company)
- Led delivery of international brand launch across 8 African markets including South Africa, Tanzania and Nairobi – running strategic workshops, managing design and acting as a consultant for launch activation.

- Managed the application process, interviews, assessment day and final selection of 2018 candidates. Oversaw marketing and PR for the programme, manage the website application page build and the scheduling of marking and interviewing

Creating editorial content with global influencers including will.i.am, Shane Smith (CEO, Vice), Helen Mirren and Sir Damon Buffini (Chairman, The National Theatre).
