He approaches all of his work with an open mind and positive attitude, influencing others and constantly aiming to push creative boundaries in order to maintain a high standard of work. Always focused on creating work which fundamentally has context to the user and serves real purpose.
As a lateral thinker, he encourages the potential of others
and is keen to challenge the parameters of a design brief in order to find the best solutions. As further development to his experience, Stephen regularly attends Industry events, explores new technologies, discovers new products and networks with other like minded people.

As part of a small design team, Stephen has been responsible for leading creative for a number of key accounts and new business pitches.
Actively providing guidance and support to junior members of the team, leasing with the Creative Director and participating in client meetings and company workshops. Often initiating new work streams and working closely with other departments in order to deliver work both within budget and technical feasibility. In addition to his role,
Stephen has actively initiated inspirational sessions and department social events.
