A youth engagement and communications agency putting young people at the centre of campaigns for brands, charities, the public sector, arts and culture organisations and more. We engage young people by collaborating with them on a face-to-face level, and via comms campaigns that target the media, social platforms and influencers they trust. - #ItsOurTime: a climate-focused voter registration campaign motivating 2 million young people to register to vote in 2019’s General Election backed by the Children’s Investment Fund Foundation - Million Minds Tour: sponsored by Nationwide and City & Guilds, the campaign took mental health lessons designed by Kings College London to thousands of 14-18 year olds across the UK, culminating at Birmingham’s NEC with an audience of 2400 - NHS x Reprezent Essex: a radio production-training scheme and event series positioning 13-24 year olds from key Essex boroughs at the helm of the conversation around mental health. This responded to CAMHS research that local young people felt ill equipped to discuss and understand the topic. Social media reach was 1 million + - Shaftesbury PLC: recruited and mentored 2 cohorts of 17–24 year olds to support delivery of Soho Music Month from a pop-up gallery on Carnaby St. Across 2 festivals we programmed and delivered 50+ music & arts events with the likes of gal-dem, Red Bull and GRM, and the young people received a qualification and ongoing mentoring - Paint The Change: co-funded by the Creative Europe Programme of the European Union, this street art project gives young people from London, Athens and Belgrade artistic free reign to create public murals exploring urgent social issues and promoting equality and cooperation across diverse communities - Converse CONS Project London: we welcomed 20K London based young people to the CONS Project over 10 weeks, scoring 60+ pieces of coverage and 20million OTS. We developed a grassroots marketing strategy, managed brand ambassadors, messaging and handled outreach to media, youth networks and local community - Huawei: we curated a European influencer campaign with the next generation of creative visionaries spanning London, Paris, Berlin and Milan
