About me
I am a director and creative highly skilled in visual storytelling, and with a broad background in advertising, television and digital media. I’m a video specialist, setting creative direction, leading campaigns and producing branded content across broadcast, digital and social media platforms. I have international experience as both an onset director and as a senior creative in advertising - helping brands to form identities, tell stories and create experiences. I develop multi-platform projects from initial conception through to final production and am a dedicated creative with a passion for fashion, beauty, and the arts. On all of the commercials and content I have directed, I have also conceived of the overarching creative - and in many cases, I’ve created the concept art, costume, and production design, and storyboards. BA Thesis : ‘Video Killed the Modernist Star: Analysis and Recognition of Music Video as a Unique Postmodern Multimedia Art Form of the Late Twentieth and Twenty-First Centuries’. Awarded a First in a thesis which questioned the status of the music video as a post-modern entity in the world of art, and endeavoured to offer up a new and refreshing interpretation which took both terms - music and video - seriously.
