Overseeing all in-house production, as well as quality control of outsourced projects.
Training and management of the assistant technicians to a high standard in hand sewing techniques, construction processes and other task list completions.
Through critical and innovative thinking I have redeveloped product design in its quality and capabilities. This in turn has increased company revenues through shorter lead times as well as a significant increase in client satisfaction.
