I am an accomplished change leader, programme manager and fundraiser with ten years experience in the third sector and a track record of high quality delivery in demanding work. Career Potted History: Currently working at Macmillan Cancer Support leading a services change programme. I am passionate about leading change effectively and an expert in working in ambiguity across complex organisational projects. I previously worked on strategy development for High Value fundraising, working on corporate partnerships, major donors and trusts - as well as with volunteer committees. During the first few years of my career, I gained experience in PR, sales and new business both in the commercial sector and in the charitable sector - at an agency, a private business and at Macmillan Cancer Support and the NSPCC.

    This is a role leading a complex transformational project with a direct team of six and matrix teams across the UK. Objective of the work Macmillan spends over £100m per year on cancer services delivered through partners like the NHS and other health and social care providers. I am responsible for leading the design of the processes, systems, tools, and learning and support offer required to transform the effectiveness of our partnership working. Ultimately this is a cultural and behavioural change programme enabled through process and systems for the hundreds of staff employed across the UK to do this work.
