Record producer and song writer for commercial releases on major & independent labels including Sony, EMI, Ninja Tunes, Universal. Produced and remixed music for artists including: Kelis, All Saints, Thundercat, Akala, Marie Dahlstrom, Natalie May, Harvey, Ashley Walters, Infecta, XO Man & Terri Walker. Produced bespoke tracks, intros & segues for live performances for Kelis’ extensive worldwide touring schedule of festivals, concerts and shows as well as musical intros and interludes for the All Saints recent arena tour. Produced soundtracks for brands, adverts and videos including Tia Maria, Google, L’Oreal, Redken & Wale Adeyemi. Creatively & musically directed events with a particular focus on Fashion shows including Redken Hair Awards, CIFF Fashion Show, The Chinese Film Festival, Relentless Energy Drink, Katarzyna Szczotarska. Organised, run events & DJ’d for brands including River Island, Eden Can Can, W Hotels, Blue Inc, Shoreditch House, Scottish Fashion Awards. DJ’d extensively at clubs all across Europe. Conceived, created and developed Beatnik brand including all designs, videos, collateral, merchandise, websites, photo shoots, video shoots, social media, YouTube channel and online activity.   • Offered to create and develop a new role as Creative Consultant within the Technical Services Team with the intention of building relationships with creative agencies and becoming a conduit between creative & technical teams both internally and externally. Built a rapport and consulted for some of the world’s leading Brands, Creative Agencies & Media Agencies on both digital and integrated campaigns. Role mainly comprised of: Creative Consultation, Evangelism/Presentations, Training, Product Development and Marketing & Sales.
 Consultation Developed ideas for on-line advertising campaigns from concept to delivery. Worked on each campaign to fit the client’s brief, brand and target market. Brainstormed with agencies pre-pitch stage to generate new creative ideas often heavily focused on engaging users. Saw ideas through from embryonic stages to implementation. Advised clients on how to improve campaigns’ interaction and click through rates through greater ingenuity and creativity. Ensured campaigns were as technologically robust as possible to ensure impressions delivered without issue. Consulted and advised on strategies, on-line trends and technological advances. Campaigns ranged in advertising revenue from thousands to millions of pounds. Clients included: Coca Cola, EMI Records, BT, Clinique, Nokia, Hertz, Cadbury’s, Net-A-Porter, Emirates. Consulted with nearly every agency in the NMA top 100 including: Weiden & Kennedy, LMFM, Agency.com, Glue, CHI & Partners, Iris, Pod1, Draft FCB, Agency Republic and many more.
 Evangelism/Presentation Created, managed and oversaw a Creative agency database as sole point of contact.. Visited clients at Media & Creative agencies to keep them in the loop on present technology and future possibilities in rich media. Responsible for ‘up-selling’ rich media and presenting the advantages of on-line advertising. Assisted clients in maximising spends on-line to gain better return. Dedicated each agency to a specific member of staff once a good rapport was built. Presentations ranged from one to one meetings with Creative Directors, pitching to whole agencies to speaking at industry events. Responsible for direct contact with client base of Media and Creative agencies that included: Mediacom, Mindshare, PHD, MGMOMD, Carat, Wunderman, Syzygy, Poke, Dare, MRM, Ogilvy, RMG Connect, Digitas, VCCP, BBH, Leo Burnett/Arc WW, Euro RSCG.
 Training Rich media training sessions at the Google offices and externally for designers, developers, account managers, creatives and producers. Wrote and continually developed the training documents for all Rich Media presentations. Originated the Creative consultant role and specifically trained 3 consultants. Trained Google employees across all teams about rich media. 
 Development Conceived new products and developed existing Google products within the technical team alongside the engineering team. Provided feedback from the end users to improve systems. Oversaw or collaborated on all creative elements of new products & formats developed by the technical team. Generated ways to use a site’s real estate to maximise advertising revenue. Devised and headed the development of Google’s on-line gallery to sell rich media products to clients.
 Marketing/Sales Bridging point between the Marketing, Sales & Technical teams. Ensured continual updating of all new technological developments and products. Formulated strategies for marketing Google products in creative ways to agencies. Worked closely with the Sales Team and accompanied them to present at pitches to generate greater revenue.
