Stuart studied at Bath School of Art & Design, UK receiving a Bachelor of Arts Honors in Graphic Communication. Later working as an associate partner of Pentagram Design under partner Marina Willer.
During his time at Pentagram he created identities for the Natural History Museum and Young V&A; exhibition designs for the Design Museum's most visited shows; 'Stanley Kubrick' and 'Ferrari: Under the Skin'; packaging design for Brew by Numbers and branding for Cazana, Asthma + Lung UK, Blood cancer UK, Battersea and Woodgreen.
