    My day-to-day varies as I am across various campaigns with different deadlines. My overall responsibilities can be boiled down to: - Manage budgets and ensure deliveries and shoots are done on time and on budget - Assist the Producer to organise shoot logistics: Source below the line crew, studios, locations, transport, accommodation etc. - Production: Point of contact to between creative teams, account management, producers, clients on all comms - from ideation until delivery.

Award link: https://bit.ly/2Nhq3jC* Day-to-day: - Lead a team of 4 video editors. - Create an open and transparent culture to support the team to do their best work. - Work with Managing Director to develop concepts and budget forecasts. - In charge of creating scripts, shot lists, storyboards, call sheets etc. - Coordinate crew/production personnel, cast, shoot schedules. - Source and cast talents for videos and photo stories. - Source and gather props - Actualize budgets - Manage equipment and log. - Process department paperwork including talent release forms, location release forms etc. - Brainstorm video concepts - Client liaison During shoots: - Act as director/videographer/runner/assistant etc. - On-set media management - Point of contact for all crew and cast - Client/Talent liaison - Oversee production assistants - Organize meal orders - Troubleshoot behind-the-scenes problems (location, meals, clients, sound, emergency etc.) - Handle all necessary paperwork - Occasionally appear on camera as talent - Ensure talent is comfortable with environment and crew. Post production: - Edit videos on Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro X - Colour correction/grading - Source appropriate music - Monitor views and stats - Client liaison Team Lead for Millennials of Manila (http://facebook.com/millennialsofmanila) 1. Ensure that weekly and monthly publishables are met and posted consistently. 2. Ensure that team members keep to their individual targets. 3. Review work and ensure quality of work, provide feedback for both video and photo stories.
