Providing support to 3 Founding Partners, cultivating strong relationships with very in demand senior executives revered within the advertising field. Duties include making sure diaries are correct and up-to-date, booking international travel as well as any ad hoc requests. Overseeing a team of 3 people to ensure the smooth running of a 50 person strong company. I manage relationships with external IT and cleaning suppliers and make sure the company is well presented at all times. Consistently strong feedback from my team means that many of them have gone on to take up more senior roles within the business. One of my greatest achievements during my time at 101 was facilitating an entire office move to our new home within Somerset House. Coordinating with building managers, movers and IT suppliers. I continue to be in charge of all building and decorating needs including liaising with interior designers.
One of my main achievements whilst at ChapmanBlack was the seamless day-to-day management of a 30+ strong sales team. This including producing bespoke client reports, liaising with external IT support and any other ad-hoc needs. I managed all company events, both internal and external, as well as quarterly trips overseas for 30+ people. Assisting CEO and Founder Director.
