A commercially oriented data analyst fascinated by cross-functional business strategies, the growing importance of luxury e-commerce, the use of technology in fashion, the rapidly expanding Chinese fashion market, personalised marketing with the use of AI and the influence of fashion in our current political climate.     Professional Experience YOOX NET-A-PORTER GROUP – London Data Analyst January 2019 - Present • Supporting the Data & Analytics team within in terms of global system implementation, identifying the need for new tools and opportunities and finding a way to streamline processes in place in order to benefit the wider business. • Performing extensive configuration and setup of business data, e.g advanced reports, dashboards and statistics influencing decision-making. • Supporting key stakeholders with detailed analysis to gain a deeper understanding of the determinants that drive employee performance and thus eventually, overall business performance. • Analysis of performance and utilised results to leverage effectiveness, talent and skill within the business and have translated this analysis into functionalities, templates and digital tools used for global Talent & Performance reviews. • Providing in-house solutions and/or working closely together with our 3rd party vendors to automate and enhance digital processes for all our global offices. • Ownership of Global Person Data reporting - ensuring data integrity / reconciling data when necessary.
