  • My role is working for Kurt Geiger concession within Selfridges. My main focus is to provide customers with an exceptional retail experience and contribute to the stores performance. Complying with both the Selfridges and Kurt Geiger customer service approach I have to identify and apply appropriate techniques to optimise sales. Additionally, I introduce clienteling by building a client book and developing relationships with customers.   • Primarily based within the PR department, my responsibilities included: • Monitoring international press on di erent media platforms as well as creating monthly press reports. • Managing samples requests from press and stylists developing relationships with them to help optimise coverage and strengthen the brands position in the luxury market. • Working with the sales team to manage the London and international showrooms. • Liaising with the Global PR Manager, Head of Marketing developing social media / marketing strategies enabling be er global brand awareness. Notable Achievements: Helping with the preparation of the London Collection: Men presentation, at the Gherkin and another on Savile Row. Also, solely representing the company for the Savile Row Bespoke and St. James presentation at Lord Pavilion assisting on styling with the Fashion Director for GQ.

Notable Achievements: I completed a project with the organisers of London 2012 where I acted as a pa to Tim Reddish obe the chair of the Paralympic Games Association. Personally supporting him in choosing the torch bearers for Yorkshire and Humber.
