My Career plan is to use the confidence I have in my communication, account management and project managements skills to continue working with brand I am passionate about. My experience has relied upon my ability to work in a fast-past environment to build relationships, negotiate and solve complex problems. I have proven success working in positions where I am relied upon to be proactive, make key decisions and to be adaptable. My career has allowed me to use the confidence I have in my communication, customer service and organisational project managements skills for the exhibitions and conference industry as well as within the publishing sector. This involved building relationships with key clients and account managing which involves decision making, negotiating and complaint handling. I have worked with a diverse range of key stakeholders to build an understanding of which content works well in front of different audiences when working to achieve of their brand messaging and marketing campaigns.

As project manager for our regular virtual events for BTN Europe this involves creating timelines and regularly updating the team to ensure deadlines are met, building marketing campaigns, managing our social media channels and creating our websites. Supporting all commercial sales and marketing teams through a variety of functions including exhibitor and sponsor account management and marketing, conference and speaker management for our educational programme and ensuring all deliverables are met for all sold sponsorship including media partnerships. I am the daily point of contact for all exhibitors and sponsors to guide them through their preparation for our shows as well as provide training. I am also a member of our company development board putting together from scratch and managing company-wide events and activities as part of the health & wellbeing, charity and social events.
