I've been in the creative industries for over 7 years taking several roles along the way. I work for the Roundhouse, one of the UK's leading creative hubs where I help increase accessibility to the arts for young people. Prior to this, I was an Interim Director at YCUK, a London-based organisation removing barriers for young artists, and I've been a member of the Creative Mentors Network and Ivors Academy.
