Media and Digital Content Coordinator at Arcadia SpectacularBristol, United Kingdom
About me
I am a driven and enthusiastic team player who has worked at various artistic organisations in the UK. I currently work for Arcadia Spectacular, where I have gained digital skills such as CMS and Indesign. I have also expanded my practical knowledge of events management by working at their media office at Glastonbury festival. In conjunction to my Masters in Curating I was also a curatorial trainee at In Between Time festival. I have gained experience in project and events management by curating photography exhibitions. I have strong communication skills and I work well under pressure to meet deadlines. I have an eye for detail and make sure projects are delivered to a high standard.
Projects
  • The Democratic Set
The Democratic SetIn August 2018, In Between Time produced The Democratic Set with Australia’s Back to Back Theatre. Inviting a cast of extraordinary Bristolians to bring themselves, a simple idea and whatever props they needed. One hundred short performances later this film can now be revealed – the story of a city told through its people. An elderly couple dressed as Laurel and Hardy; a new born; five women leaping about on rebound boots; a man demanding to be seen as himself not as his disability.
  • We Are Warriors- Sound and light installation by Helen Cole
We Are Warriors- Sound and light installation by Helen ColeWe Are Warriors is a sound and light installation created by IBT's Artistic Director Helen Cole with over 100 women and girls from Bristol. In Autumn 2018, 120 women and girls aged 8 to 85 from across Bristol raised their voices in tribute to those who have gone before them and called out to empower future generations in the fight for gender equality. This installation took place at Arnolfini in Bristol. I assisted the public in making the lights to then take up and place them in the dark studi
  • Raw Souls photography exhibition
Raw Souls photography exhibitionThis exhibition explored the social portraiture of youth culture in spontaneous situations through photography, it displayed young adults growing up and exploring the world through nightlife, love and relationships.
