I am a Senior Associate in PwC Experience Consulting team. Since joining PwC in 2015, I have participated in several projects mainly related to Customer and Employee Experience, especially developing expertise in the Design Thinking methodology, the organisation and facilitation of co-design workshops in various industries and topics, qualitative and quantitative User Research to analyse user needs, Customer Journey mapping, Market analysis and benchmarking.
