About me
I have been working in a Dublin based creative agency since 2018, strengthening and honing my skills in creative project management. In 2019, I completed a diploma course in Project Management, which was a great introduction to theory around the various applications of processes to PM within the creative industry, bolstering my knowledge within the work that I do. More recently, I completed a certificate on the Promotion & Protection of Human Rights from the Global Campus of Human Rights. My skills revolve around project management, communications, insights and grant writing within the arts, digital and creative industries.

    As outlined and elaborated upon in my bio, this is my current role: Project & Office Coordinator at a creative design and branding agency. My duties include, but are not limited to the following; • Assisting the Project Director in operational and creative aspects of large-scale design and branding jobs for clients such as the National Transport Authority and the National Gallery of Ireland. • Briefing designers on projects, managing proofing rounds and any further project issues. • Ensuring projects are meeting budgets and deadlines at all times. • Prioritising studio workload, adapting to changes as necessary. • Building relationships with both new and existing clients, by constantly being available and aware of their changing needs. • Managing suppliers/printers. • Project and client research. • Bid / tender writing for new business. • Coordinator for meetings, office supplies and front of house. • Managing purchase orders, sending / tracking invoices and general finance administration.
