About me
I have complete knowledge and experience in Project and Event Planning and Management. In terms of Project Planning and Management, I managed all stakeholder relations ie., estate’s representatives, public donors: GLA, general contractors/subcontractors, borough council depts and sponsors. Held regular meetings to report key issues and/or to address potential issues before they surfaced by generating solutions/contingencies in advance. Generated and managed all the project plans and gant charts which included budget, resources and logistical aspects. Prepared and managed tender packs, budgets and value engineering exercises for our various stakeholders. Oversaw procurement requirements and appointed professional service suppliers. Worked closely with the board of directors to shape the business strategy for new projects and where necessary for the restructuring of existing sites. With regard to Event Planning and Management, I managed the entire event lifecycle including Scouting Event Locations, Venue Contract Negotiations, Generating Budgets, Generated Project Plans/Gant Charts, Oversaw Catering requirements, adhered to Level 3 Food Health & Safety, generated Risk Assessments, Delegate Registrations and Speaker and Sponsorship logistics). As well as leading the events cycle, I have generated and managed Sponsorship Partnerships which entailed overseeing the initial introduction of the sponsor to the events cycle and providing ongoing relationship management. In addition to developing new sponsorship opportunities, I found innovative ways to achieve their branding goals, and was responsible for generating and signing off of new product packages.
