I am responsible for leading and delivering installs, where I manage freelance production teams and internal staff. I research and develop production methods and sustainable solutions; contributing technical and material guidance to ensure the smooth delivery of each concept from pre- production to completion. I produce 3D CAD drawings of all window designs and advise on technical requirements in order to brief ideas to artists and suppliers. I write and develop a meticulous schedule for each scheme, and successfully devise and manage production budgets of up to £500k.

I managed supplier relationships to ensure all builds were on brief and well executed, resolving any issues which arose methodically. Extensive research was required to investigate suitable materials for each project specification. I considered a range of production techniques through experimentation and sampling. I was responsible for signing off the process and delivery of Real Estate branded windows, liaising with external brands to ensure these windows were delivered in line with each scheme and the business’ values. I organised site surveys with external contractors and all appropriate H&S paperwork.
