About me
A project management officer and project manager with a track record of delivering on time against demanding timescales. An excellent communicator who provides strong project leadership for both team members but also through engagement with stakeholders across the business. 5 years plus experience of retail and customer facing organisations working with head office functions and store operations usually against demanding time constrained change initiatives. Confident project leader and project management officer running initiatives from inception, planning, execution and tracking. Led change initiatives to improve major operational periodic events in complex mutli-stakeholder environments. Many projects required military precision planning involving long lead time dependent tasks culminating in relatively short highly coordinated cutover events. Strong budgetary and accounting skills supported by robust resource planning and forecasting skills. Developed strong training skills through repeatedly educating staff on new processes and ensuring they are well prepared for tasks execution.
