My background is visual arts and fashion design and I have worked in both fields for the past 20 years.
I started working with food illustration as a result of my passion for food and cooking.
Gastronomy has never been more exciting and at the same time there is a growing consciousness about what we are eating and our planet.
As the food culture and life style market are becoming more and more developed and sophisticated, I see a need for illustrations that meet this trend and which are communicating and stimulating the viewer at a deeper level. I have a vision in which art and food have the power to inspire and educate.
