    Facilitate business and time management support to ensure smooth daily operation of a boutique agency which promotes work of directors, photographers, CGI artists and retouchers to production companies for shooting commercial ads of well known corporations such as Nike, Adidas, Sportmaster, Coca-Cola, Audi, Datsun, Renault, Lays, Nestlé, Adrenalin Rush, Visa, Yandex, Google, Avon, Oriflame and many more. Responsibilities • Act as a primary contact daily for directors, photographers, retouchers, and deliver a high standard of customer service via e-mail, on the phone and in-person • Demonstrate efficient time management skills by simultaneously coordinating up to 2-5 advertisement pitches per day, prioritise and administer busy schedules and bookings for more than 30 artists. • Provide timely assistance to directors, photographers and retouchers during the production processes and resolve any issues promptly • Managing Artists diaries (G-Drive, G-Calendar) • Organize (if required) artists travel and accommodation according to their schedules in shooting projects abroad • Create marketing materials and presentations in PowerPoint, Keynote, Adobe Acrobat and distribute via e-mail marketing campaigns to promote directors and photographers new work to the potential clients • Continuously stay in tune with the market through relevant research and identify trends and new business opportunities • Develop relationships with new clients – creative agencies, production companies and clients directly.
