        • In this role, I headed up the motion department for Join the Dots, a consumer insight company, where I focused on creating and improving the video offer, creating films for Culture & Trends projects and qualitative research, motion graphics for ad-hoc projects and marketing content for the agency.

Developing and delivering creative output across the project lifecycle - Working with the marketing team to deliver creative marketing collateral. - Developing creative practice and bringing new ideas. - Supervising junior team members to deliver creative output. As the Filmmaker and Creative Executive I managed the production, filming, photographing and editing of the agency’s entire creative media, on projects ranging from marketing collateral to client insight. Working across the company, I liaised with the research team to develop and deliver creative output across the project lifecycle, and worked with the marketing team to deliver engaging marketing material tailored to a wide range of audiences. A major aspect of my role was to manage the development of creative practice within the business by bringing exciting new ideas to the fortnightly directors meetings and supervising junior team members to help develop their creative skills.

        • Taught Masters in which I used my skills as a practical filmmaker alongside anthropological practices of fieldwork to develop the ability to find stories, connect with people, and carry out independent research projects to create films and photographic essays from start to finish. Through this degree, I became am a self shooting producer, with the ability to plan, budget, film, edit, design and distribute many types of projects through every stage of production.
